Job Summary
The Machine Operator Leader will be responsible for overseeing the production process in Saint Albans, Vermont. This role involves collaborating with team members to source, manufacture, and deliver essential products that enhance daily living. The position requires proficiency in operating machinery, as well as the ability to interpret technical documents such as blueprints and operation manuals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the machine operating team to ensure efficient production and delivery of products.
- Collaborate with staff and customers in sourcing and producing vital components.
- Operate and maintain standard tools and equipment, including forklifts.
- Read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and operational manuals.
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met during production processes.
Qualifications
