Job Summary
The Machine Operator Leader position is based in Swanton, Vermont, and requires on-site work. This role is integral in collaborating with teams and clients to produce essential products required for daily life. The leader will oversee the operation and maintenance of various machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the operation of machinery used in manufacturing processes.
- Utilize standard maintenance tools, including power tools and electrical schematics, to maintain equipment and ensure its optimal performance.
- Interpret blueprints and operation manuals to guide operational processes.
- Operate forklifts for the transportation of materials and products within the facility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents such as schematics and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
