Job Summary
The manager will be responsible for the oversight of operations within the test laboratory, ensuring the effective functioning of the facility while managing budgets and planning for capital investments. This role includes leadership of a team comprised of engineers and technicians, focusing on testing throughput while adhering to safety regulations and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the test laboratory.
- Manage facility maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
- Handle budget management and financial planning for the lab.
- Plan and execute capital investment strategies.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to enhance testing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in fluid systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are preferred to facilitate effective team leadership and collaboration.
