Job description
The Machine Operator Trainee will be tasked with the setup, operation, and upkeep of assembly line machinery to achieve production targets. This role requires close monitoring of production activities to ensure that quality benchmarks are adhered to while promoting a safe and tidy work atmosphere. Applicants should demonstrate a solid mechanical understanding and be capable of performing physical duties, such as lifting weights of up to 70 pounds. An eagerness to learn about new machinery and the competency to operate a forklift safely are critical for success in this position.
