Job Summary
The Manufacturing Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and guiding the daily operations of press production. This leadership role is focused on achieving safety, quality, and productivity objectives while managing various operational aspects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities in press operations.
- Ensure that safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently achieved.
- Manage crew performance and provide effective training to team members.
- Coordinate scheduling for machine maintenance to enhance profitability.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of press operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Lean and 6S principles.
