The Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role in carrying out daily repair work, preventative maintenance measures, and safety inspections to maintain the community’s operational integrity. A foundational understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems is essential for executing maintenance and repair duties effectively.
