Job Summary
The LPN Caregiver will enhance the quality of life for patients by providing compassionate and attentive nursing care in a supportive environment. This role entails a blend of medical responsibilities and personal assistance, ensuring that the needs of patients are met effectively and with dignity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care and support to patients in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support and information.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
