Job description
The Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the facility’s grounds and property. Key responsibilities encompass mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and managing irrigation systems to guarantee a safe environment for patients and visitors. Applicants should be physically capable of outdoor work with no restrictions, including the ability to lift over 50 lbs and engage in manual labor. A valid driver’s license and familiarity with lawn care equipment are essential for this position.
