**Job Title: Maintenance Director**
The Maintenance Director is responsible for supervising daily operations of the physical plant, which encompasses HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. This role includes managing the department’s team, organizing preventative maintenance initiatives, and upholding the structural integrity of the community. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in comprehensive maintenance management, along with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. A high school diploma is mandatory, while an associate degree or higher is preferred.
