**Job Title: Maintenance Assistant**
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the nursing center and its grounds are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner. Duties involve carrying out minor repairs on building systems and equipment, replacing HVAC filters, and replenishing supplies. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent. A foundational understanding of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry is necessary for this position.
