**Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is in charge of managing all aspects of hotel maintenance, energy consumption, and safety initiatives to guarantee the property is maintained in excellent condition. This role entails establishing preventative maintenance plans and overseeing repairs in guest accommodations, communal spaces, and mechanical systems. Applicants should possess a professional background in electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general construction. The position necessitates physical capability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and engage in frequent bending, kneeling, and standing activities.
