**Job Title: Maintenance Manager**
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising all maintenance operations, which encompasses ensuring equipment reliability, conducting preventative maintenance, and maintaining the facility’s infrastructure. This role will also involve spearheading the 6S program, overseeing safety standards, and mentoring the maintenance team to cultivate an efficient environment that meets audit readiness. Applicants should possess 5-7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. A high school diploma is mandatory, while candidates with an associate degree or technical certification in a related discipline will be given preference.
