Job description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall physical upkeep of the property, which includes supervising the maintenance team and overseeing the operational budget. This role entails conducting repairs, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction through effective management of work orders. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in multifamily maintenance along with at least one year in a supervisory role. An EPA certification is mandatory, while a CPO certification is desirable.
