Job description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the physical upkeep of the property, which includes managing the maintenance team and handling the operating budget. This role involves ensuring repairs are conducted promptly, maintaining adherence to safety regulations, and developing a proficient team to provide effective maintenance services. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in multifamily maintenance, along with at least one year in a supervisory role. An EPA certification is mandatory, while a CPO certification is highly desirable.
