The Director of Production Planning leads production planning teams and governs the Master Production Schedule across manufacturing sites to ensure executable plans. This role drives cross-functional alignment through the SIOP process and resolves capacity, demand, and material constraints. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in supply or operations planning and at least 5 years of supply chain leadership in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP ERP and a bachelor’s degree are required, with preference for aerospace experience and APICS or CPIM certification.
