They must proficiently perform mechanical craft tasks while adhering to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of continuous experience in a high-speed industrial or manufacturing environment. Certification in one or more primary mechanical crafts is required, along with the physical ability to perform manual labor in demanding conditions.
