**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for guiding, organizing, and enhancing the maintenance team to guarantee consistent equipment functionality for production processes. This role includes acting as an intermediary between maintenance and operational departments, overseeing spare parts management, and collaborating with external suppliers. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or possess a technical certification, accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance. A strong foundation in electrical control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, as well as proven leadership abilities, is crucial for success in this position.
