Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with overseeing all aspects of preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance to maintain peak production efficiency. This role includes supervising maintenance staff, managing the maintenance budget, and coordinating the inventory of spare parts alongside facility projects. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in plant maintenance and have a solid understanding of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing systems. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effectively leading the team and managing maintenance initiatives.
