Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations, upkeep, and repair of the hotel’s physical infrastructure and systems. This role includes leading, training, and managing the maintenance team to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction and safety standards. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and supervisory roles, complemented by formal training from a technical trade school. A strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems is essential, along with the flexibility to work various shifts.
