**Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of residential properties while managing a team of 1-3 maintenance technicians. This role involves carrying out hands-on maintenance tasks, executing preventative maintenance strategies, and upholding excellent housing standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of practical maintenance experience, specifically within multifamily or older structures. Strong technical expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, and flooring is essential, alongside demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
