Job description
**Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance operations, including identifying issues, executing repairs, and handling service requests. This role also includes supervising maintenance personnel, procuring necessary supplies, and ensuring that the property adheres to budgetary and quality benchmarks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance and have an EPA Section 608 or similar HVAC certification. Candidates must demonstrate robust technical competencies in plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry, as well as possess strong communication and leadership skills.
