**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of property maintenance, which includes identifying problems, conducting repairs, and overseeing service requests. This role also involves supervising maintenance staff, procuring necessary supplies, and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance and hold an EPA Section 608 certification or an equivalent HVAC qualification. Proficiency in technical disciplines such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry is essential, alongside strong communication and leadership skills.
