Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations by managing task assignments between planners, leads, and technicians to guarantee that all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Advocate for process enhancements, oversee preventive maintenance timelines, and confirm thorough documentation of all activities within the CMMS platform. A High School Diploma or GED is required, while an Associate degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance roles related to electrical, mechanical, or agricultural sectors.
