Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing intricate, cross-functional initiatives by engaging with various stakeholders to establish project requirements, track timelines, and assess potential risks. This role will also involve the evaluation of program performance metrics and the creation of operational dashboards to enhance insights and optimize system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects by liaising with stakeholders.
- Define project requirements and manage project schedules.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor program metrics and derive insights through operational dashboards.
- Focus on improving system performance based on gathered data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical domain.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.
- Expertise in utilizing Generative AI technologies.
- Experience in managing large-scale, high-performance systems.
