**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for the upkeep and repair of community facilities, guiding and mentoring a team of technicians. This role involves ensuring that service requests are addressed efficiently, overseeing budget management, and upholding superior customer service standards. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. The position necessitates an EPA Universal/HVAC certification.
