Job Summary
The Lead Engineering Technician plays a vital role in the engineering team, serving as both a leader and a resource for technical guidance. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineering technicians to enhance performance and productivity.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to address engineering challenges.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an engineering or technician role, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
