**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for guiding a team dedicated to maintaining affordable housing communities in a secure, pleasant, and well-kept condition. Key duties encompass managing work orders, supervising preventive maintenance efforts, coordinating budgetary elements, and ensuring adherence to safety and housing regulations. Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience in residential maintenance, including experience in supervising a team, and be certified in HVAC. Candidates must have strong skills in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Yardi, and be prepared to respond to on-call emergencies.
