Job Summary
The Data Science Tech Lead Manager will spearhead the data science initiatives related to Model Experience, serving as a key strategic collaborator for product, engineering, and research teams. This role involves overseeing the recruitment, management, and professional development of a team of data scientists while also laying down essential data practices and evaluative frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic direction of data science for Model Experience.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research leadership to align data science efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists.
- Establish and uphold foundational data practices and frameworks for measurement.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong expertise in experimental design and causal inference methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Adept at articulating complex technical ideas clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
