Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with overseeing and assessing the repair and upkeep of industrial machinery as well as electrical and mechanical systems. This role includes the implementation of preventive maintenance initiatives and the management of repairs across the building and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Direct and evaluate the repair processes for industrial machinery and systems.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for optimal functionality.
- Oversee repairs to building infrastructure and grounds, ensuring safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
