**Program Manager**
The Program Manager is responsible for supervising daily activities, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring the quality of services in residential settings, all while guaranteeing adherence to regulations and effective application of behavioral support strategies. This role includes leading teams, overseeing budgets, and fostering a secure, person-centered atmosphere for those receiving care. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and have a minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Additionally, experience in residential services or working with individuals with intricate behavioral challenges is essential, along with a valid driver’s license.
