**Job Title: Employee Lifecycle Manager**
The Employee Lifecycle Manager oversees the comprehensive employee journey, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies across various wash locations. This role entails providing guidance to site leaders, assessing turnover metrics, and ensuring that staffing aligns with established labor plans. Ideal candidates will possess at least three years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or multi-unit management, ideally within fast-paced hourly settings. Candidates must be skilled in ATS/HRIS platforms and willing to travel to assigned locations as needed.
