Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of equipment and systems within the organization. This position focuses on both preventive and corrective maintenance, striving to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand maintenance needs and improve processes.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in maintenance technology is preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with hands-on maintenance tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
