Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd or 3rd shift in Leominster, Massachusetts. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $45, along with a shift differential. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a maintenance technician role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
