Job description
The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the organization’s Quality Management System, ensuring that products meet reliability standards through meticulous process control and auditing practices. This position involves leading initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, supervising inspection processes, and collaborating with plant management to uphold compliance with industry regulations. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical discipline, along with 4 to 10 years of applicable experience. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience managing a quality management system in a manufacturing setting, along with 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role.
