Job Summary
The role of the Maintenance Technician for the 2nd or 3rd shift is crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency of our production equipment in the Leominster, Massachusetts location. The successful candidate will be compensated between $35 to $45 per hour and will be responsible for a variety of maintenance activities within a leading automotive manufacturing and distribution company.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance production processes.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance are advantageous.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
