Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring that equipment operates efficiently and effectively at our Sealy, Texas facility. This position requires expertise in industrial maintenance and the use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
- Perform maintenance on automated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular assessments and repairs to maintain machinery and equipment efficiency.
- Document maintenance procedures and updates in compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance is required.
- Candidates must be willing to obtain certification from the Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians Association.
- Technical proficiency in maintenance procedures and troubleshooting is essential.
