Job description
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with diagnosing, fixing, and setting up equipment used in plant manufacturing. This role also includes supervising the Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) program and handling the maintenance budget effectively. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with experience in working with manufacturing machinery. A strong ability to read blueprints and excellent skills in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting are essential for this position.
