This role also includes supervising the Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) program and handling the maintenance budget effectively. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with experience in working with manufacturing machinery. A strong ability to read blueprints and excellent skills in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting are essential for this position.
