Job description
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in carrying out regular maintenance tasks within the building, which encompass electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. This position also involves general cleaning, installation of equipment, and keeping precise records of parts and repair activities. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of facility maintenance experience and hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and candidates must be capable of physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
