Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mirasol Family Health Center located in Hermiston, Oregon. This role is essential within our healthcare organization that provides a comprehensive array of services including medical, dental, and pharmacy care.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall maintenance and functionality of the building and facilities.
- Oversee building security and access control to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct various repairs and upkeep tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform necessary remediation.
- Assist in the management of facility resources and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, particularly within a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and staff.
- Willingness to respond to maintenance issues as they arise.
