Job description
The Maintenance Technician I plays a key role in executing a variety of maintenance duties, which encompass carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance servicing. This position requires the prompt completion of service requests while maintaining community standards for safety and preservation. Applicants should have a background in make-ready and apartment maintenance, along with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, and candidates must be prepared for a flexible work schedule, including being on-call as needed.
