**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Oversee the upkeep of the hotel premises and surroundings through the execution of repairs and preventative maintenance on essential systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Uphold a secure environment within the facility while offering friendly service to guests and mentoring junior staff members. This role necessitates a strong expertise in maintenance, along with the skills to diagnose and resolve diverse machinery issues. Applicants should be well-organized, self-driven, and physically adept, capable of carrying out tasks involving equipment disassembly and facility repairs.
