The VP, Legal will build and operate the legal function to support GITAI’s growth, managing contracts, government programs, and corporate governance. This role involves drafting and negotiating agreements while translating complex legal issues into practical business decisions for leadership. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and have at least 5 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year in a venture-backed startup. U.S. citizenship is required due to export control regulations and potential government security clearance needs.
