Job Summary
Associates Inc is looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician to join the team at Viridian Management, Inc, located in the Hazelwood Community of Portland, Oregon. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient operation of multi-family properties by attending to maintenance needs and addressing service requests.
Responsibilities
- Respond to work orders and service requests from residents.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to enhance property conditions.
- Document maintenance activities and ensure follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold community standards.
Qualifications
- A technical degree or coursework in a relevant field is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in maintenance procedures and practices.
- Strong communication skills for effective interactions with residents and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
