Job description
The Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional service to clients, handle order processing, and oversee the sales cycle from initial quotation to invoicing. Additionally, they will be in charge of the will-call section and work closely with purchasers to guarantee prompt delivery of products. Applicants need to possess a high school diploma or GED along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales. Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn warehouse operations are essential.
