Job description
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with executing regular maintenance on various building systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, organizing work orders, and working alongside contractors to maintain safety and operational efficiency within the facility. Applicants should have demonstrated experience in maintenance or a related field and possess a strong understanding of building systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and having a valid driver’s license is desirable.
