Job Summary
The role of a Caregiver involves providing essential support to seniors in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is focused on assisting clients with personal care tasks and activities that enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily living activities such as personal hygiene.
- Provide medication reminders to ensure adherence to health regimens.
- Support clients with mobility and physical movement.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Prepare meals that meet dietary needs and preferences.
- Accompany clients to appointments or shopping to facilitate access to services and social engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in home care services.
- Possess a valid driver’s license for transportation purposes.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational certification.
- Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Exhibit physical endurance to perform various caregiving tasks.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
