**Job Title: Property Accounting Team Leader**
In this role, you will guide and enhance a team focused on property accounting, capital investment tracking, and depreciation management, all while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate infrastructure investments and devise long-term asset management strategies. The position mandates a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible accounting experience. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of leadership experience and possess a deep understanding of GAAP and fixed asset accounting.
