Job description
The Senior Manager will oversee the integrated financial planning, budgeting, and cash forecasting for the worldwide portfolio. This role includes managing investor reporting, conducting portfolio-level analysis, and ensuring the maintenance of financial systems and data accuracy. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline, with an MBA being advantageous. A requirement of at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or finance within the commercial real estate sector is essential.
