The manager provides technical direction and administration for case management personnel to ensure efficient and effective patient care. They oversee team performance, manage departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a health-related field and possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. A minimum of four years of professional experience in RN patient care and case management is required.
