The Senior Specialist will lead the planning, design, and technical startup of capital projects for small molecule and high potency API facilities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure project deliverables meet safety, cost, and schedule objectives. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent applied life sciences qualification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with expertise in API manufacturing and equipment lifecycle management is required.
